This is all BIOS files for PS2. download the pack then decompress with 7zip inside your PCSX2 folder and select "yes" when asked if you want to overwrite existing bios folder.
If you don't want to do that then just decompress with 7zip in location of your choice then copy files into the PCSX2 bios folder manually.
